  • Expert Witness Reports are required on or prior to commencement of mediation or proceedings to assist your legal team or representation to establish liability.  

  • Expert Witness Reports can be made on behalf of either the applicant or respondent.

  • All expert witness reports comply with the requirements of the “Expert Code of Conduct”. 

  • All expert witness reports are completed by subject matter experts.

  • An expert witness report is designed to assist your legal team or the courts in their decision process to determine if there is any liability. 

  • We will inspect, investigate, assess, and prepare the required inspection documents. If required we also attend hearings being either NCAT, QCAT, VCAT, NSW local or NSW District Courts.
